If you are having problems downloading data from your Logger, it could be related to the following:

• The unit has reached end of life and the internal battery has gone flat.
• The contacts on the back of the recorder have become contaminated.
• The unit itself has been physically dropped or crushed, water has gotten inside the unit, or the unit has been exposed to a high electromagnetic field.
